At The Whole-Self Ministries, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our members and clients.  This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in connection with the Healing House Wellness Community (“Community”).  By becoming a member of the Community or utilizing our services, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

Member Information:  When you join the Community, we may collect personal information such as your name, contact information, professional qualifications, and payment details (if applicable).  We also collect business information such as your business name, contact information, name of additional users (i.e. assistants, partners), location where service is provided, services you provide.

Client Information:  If you provide wellness services to clients through the Community, we may collect personal information about your clients, including their name, contact details, and health-related information relevant to the services provided.

Usage Information:  We may collect information about your use of the Community, including log-in data, device information, and usage statistics.

Client Information:  Client information is confidential.  We employ HIPAA confidentiality guidelines.  Client information is used to facilitate the provision of wellness services by Community members and to communicate with clients regarding their appointments and service-related matters.

The Community is not directed to children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age.
