Terms of Use – Healing House Wellness Community

Thank you for joining the Healing House Wellness Community!

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your membership in the Healing House Wellness Community (“Community”), operated by The Whole-Self Ministries (“Company”).  By joining the Community, you agree to abide by these Terms.  Please carefully review them before registering.

Who We Are:

The Healing House Wellness Community is a Program of The Whole-Self Ministries.  The Mission of Whole-Self is to teach, promote and provide wellness information and services to people who wish to take their health into their own hands and achieve wellness through self-care.  For more information about us, please visit: https://www.thewholeselfministries.com/our-mission.  Healing House provides space for clients to heal naturally with the help of practitioners who practice mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, financial and social health modalities.

1. Membership Eligibility:

Membership in the Healing House Wellness Community is open to organizations and individuals who provide wellness services and/or products to clients, online or in person.  Membership eligibility is determined by The Whole-Self Ministries and may be subject to verification.

The Company reserves the right to refuse membership to anyone for any reason at its discretion.

2. Registration and Access:

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You will supply all necessary credentials and submit to a background check to support your application for membership.

You agree to notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

3. Membership Benefits:

As a member of the Community, you will have access to a range of benefits, including:

Client referrals from Healing House and Community members.

Networking opportunities with other wellness professionals within the Community.

Access to resources and tools to enhance your practice.

Promotion of your services through the Community.

While The Company will attempt to keep Members apprised of changes, The Whole-Self Ministries may update or modify membership benefits from time to time without prior notice.

4. Use of Our Services:

What You Can Do:  You can use the Healing House Wellness Community to connect with clients, promote your services, and access resources to support your practice.

What You Can’t Do:  You agree not to use the Community for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the reputation of The Whole-Self Ministries or its members.  You also agree not to engage in any conduct that is illegal or violates the rights of others or interferes with their use of the Community.

5. Content:

Your Content:  You are responsible to upload your own content onto the Community website.  You retain ownership of any content you post or share, but by doing so, you grant The Whole-Self Ministries a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute that content.

Ownership of Content:  The Company owns all content provided by The Whole-Self Ministries through the Community, including articles, photos, videos, and other resources.  You may use this content for personal and professional development but may not distribute or reproduce it without permission.

Accuracy:  While we strive to ensure the accuracy of the content provided through the Community, we do not guarantee its completeness or reliability.  You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any information before relying on it.

6. Membership Fees:

Membership in the Healing House Wellness Community is open to Wholistic Health Practitioners for a fee, due quarterly or annually.  The Company reserves the right to change membership fees and terms in the future with prior notice to members.

7. Premium Accounts:

The Company may, in future, offer premium membership options with additional features or benefits for an additional fee.  If you choose to upgrade to a Premium account, you agree to pay the applicable fees as specified.

8. Membership Term:

Your membership in the Community is voluntary.

Your membership in the Community will remain in effect until terminated by you or the Company in accordance with these Terms.

You may terminate or suspend your membership anytime.  During suspension, your membership benefits will not be available for use.

9. Termination and Suspension:

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the Company.

10. Change of Services:

The Company reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Community or any of its features at any time without prior notice.

11. Disclaimers and Warranties:

The Healing House Wellness Community is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.  The Whole-Self Ministries makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Community.

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided through the Community.

12. Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall The Whole-Self Ministries be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Healing House Wellness Community.

13. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alabama, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14. Amendments:

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.  Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Community’s website.  Your continued use of the Community after such changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

By becoming a member of the Healing House Wellness Community, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.  If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not register for Membership in the Community.
